„The motel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremly friendly and accomodating. Front desk called to see if we were able to connect to the wi-fi and that the room was up to our liking. Dennys was just across the parking lot so lots of great food was eaten....the area was nice ....highly recommend this location!!!! Will stay here again....“

„I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most ...
