A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, which overlook the second balcony. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with washing machine.

The vacation apartment is located in Fasano, in a quiet area within walking distance of the center. The town, famous for its Selva and safari zoo, offers all the main services and a lovely historic center worth visiting.
Fasano is strategically located at the intersection of the Land of Bari and northern Salento, close to the Valle d`Itria and the land of trulli. Within a few minutes` drive are some of Puglia`s most beautiful and famous ancient villages, such as Alberobello just 13 km away, Locorotondo less than 10 km, and Ostuni about 20 km away.
Also very close are the beaches of the Adriatic, such as those of Savelletri just 7 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
