„My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our peaceful week at Steve’s cottage. We loved starting our day drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch listening to the birds. The location was perfect, close to downtown Newburyport and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and Steve is a great host. Be sure to watch the sunset from The Sunset Club at the end of the road and get breakfast from Mad Martha’s. “

„This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “

„Cozy little spot exactly as advertised just across the street from the ocean. Thin walls but ear plugs supplied which was a nice touch. Loved our quick little stay and would recommend for the price.“

„So the listing said that you could sleep four in this room but we were extremely cramped with just the two of us. There are no luggage racks or dresser so you will be living out of your suit case. The bed was comfy but it was a full size not a queen. We are fit people so it was a minor inconvenience for us, but if you’re big people, you will not be comfortable. Decor was eclectic.
