„This was a clean, quiet and updated basement condo space. It’s location to hiking trails was great!! The recommended and well described hikes in the guidebook were incredibly helpful! That was a very thoughtful touch. Shelly and Jack were so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions I had leading up to and during our stay. „Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!“

„Schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung in einer Randlage von Lincoln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Lincoln ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Franconia Notch State Park. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das schwache WLAN. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.“

„Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a beautiful view. Very clean and up-to-date. Nice kitchen, nice living room, nice sized TV, and great bed setup with 2 king size beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. We had a couple of issues, but the communication and response by the host was great. Only a few minutes from Mt Washington Cog Railway activity. Washer connections need to be replaced. We would stay here again.“
