„We have stayed in all the properties around the hotel for years. I really have loved them all but the Mt Washington Place is so nice and has so much space when you have a large family. It was quiet and clean and it's nice to sit out in the sunny deck.“

During our stay, it didn't get over 76 degrees so it wasn't an issue, These 2 units would not be able to keep up on hot days and they are in the common areas so the bedrooms would not be cooled.The kitchen is not well stocked. „It is a terrific home, very nice inside and well appointed. Bretton Woods is a very good management company as well. They are very attentive and communications are excellent. The only two improvements to this particular property that I would suggest is to get a new gas grill as the one there is in very bad shape, dirty and almost unusable.
