„Searching for a safe place in Phoenix is difficult when you aren’t familiar with the area. This home is in a cute safe neighborhood with a comfortable bed! Everything we needed for this trip. There are some shops within 10-15 min walk but a car is needed in this area. “

„Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.“

„My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!“

„This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !“
