„Loved the unit (could use a bath mats). Checking in and out was great. Loved easy access to the convention center especially since we parked our car in the locked garage and walked everywhere. Great access to many places to eat as well. Very secure building with great amenities. Once we figured out which doors worked we didn't have any issues. We even enjoyed the hot tub! My only complaint was how uncomfortable the couch was, but it looks nice & bathrooms could use a bath mat for the cement ...

„Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly ...

„Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-) “

„Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. “

„Location was great. We had three adults and the sofa was not really a sofa sleeper for adults. It would be fine for a child. Would also be nice to have additional linens to support three adults as well as blankets or some type of bedding for a true sleeper sofa thank you“

I had a long day of flights from Florida and still had not received the info to get into this place when I arrived at the complex. I then received a message with a link that didn’t work. After some effort I got a real person to send the info to me in a text. Way too much hassle! Multiple electronics did not work until I again contacted the host ...
