Savor the privacy, stunning Rocky Mountain views, and convenience to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Kick back with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy exceptional views through a wall of windows in the great room, lounging on the spacious decks. 18 Private Acres surrounded by Roosevelt National Forest. Your own entrance to Roosevelt National forest. A 9 hole frisbee golf course, hiking trails with foot bridges and aspen groves. Wild life and bigfoot.

Our house is perfect for romantic retreats, working vacations, family gatherings, Sorry no weddings, no more then 10 people in the home at any time.

Our home has high end furnishings and kitchen, beds, and baths are fully stocked and Wireless Internet. Smart Tv's where you can sign in to your streaming services.

3 Level Home
Main floor includes:
Master Bedroom King Suite with large bathroom that includes a shower, jetted tub. Walk in closet and access to a small deck.
Main floor King Bedroom with bath across hall that has a tub/shower combo.
Dining area and great room with seating for the whole family and amazing views through the wall of windows. Access to two small decks with seating.
Kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, plenty of countertop space, dishwasher, coffee maker, large refrigerator, gas stove, oven and microwave.
Laundry room with washer and dryer and accesses to garage off of the kitchen. Second refrigerator in garage.

Upper Level includes:
King bedroom suite with a shower only bathroom.
Loft space with seating.

Lower Level includes:
Two Queen Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tub/ shower combo and one shower only bathroom Family room/game room with partial kitchen (sink, mini fridge, wine fridge), games, etc. Second laundry room with washer and dryer.
Exercise room.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 30, 2025

This is a NON SMOKING, PET FREE property, So No pets permitted. NO Events

Due to the condition and steepness of the property's driveway, we recommend access to the property by All-Wheel and/or 4-Wheel drive vehicles. (NO Sports cars)

Traction Law STATE LAW!
During winter storms, or when conditions require, CDOT will implement the Traction Law. During a Traction Law, all motorists are required to have EITHER:

House was even bigger than we thought. Everything was wonderful. Only thing I would suggest is new pans. Only negative was, we thought there was a hot tub since was in a couple of pictures. That would have been even better ! Will hopefully be back again

FANTASTIC!

This was the 8th vacation our growing family has taken together. There were 15 of us and this was the absolute best place we have ever stayed. Best equipped… we never ran out of silverware! Plenty of room for the children to play and adults to relax. Beautiful vistas from both decks. Close to Estes Park yet it felt secluded. Kitchen is well equipped. We LOVED that we could all sit down at the same table. Thank you for allowing us to leave unopened food items for donation. Property manager was immediately available and responsive to any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for us all. The frisbee golf course was an added pleasure and enjoyed. The only thing could add to help with the stay, leave more towels and wash clothes for all bathrooms, clean the ceiling fans in the den so they can be used to help with airflow as it does get hot during the day. It would also be nice to have been able to use the smart TV, it would not work after a certain point. We would stay again with these property managers!

Gorgeous Place to Gather

13 people in our family gathered to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. What a perfect place to gather! With the giant tables that seated 18 people, we had plenty of room to celebrate, play cards/games, and eat. The view was amazing, and plenty of room for all of us.

Lovely, peaceful property

This propery exceeded our expectations! Everything was as advertised or better. My family group included 16 people and we were able to be close enough to share meals and family time but also have our own individual space. The bedrooms were good sized and had comfortable beds. It was nice to be at a property that was secluded yet still a close distance to Estes and RMNP. One of the things we enjoyed the most was exploring the property itself and the kids loved to play right outside the house each morning. Thank you very much for sharing your propery!

Fantastic mountain getaway

We could not be more happy with the property. The home is amazing, everything you could ask for and more. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very close to Estes. Do consider bringing a four wheel drive vehicle, especially for inclimate weather.

Beautiful mountain stay with all the bells and whistles

Renee & Rob's place was everything we were looking for! It comfortably fit a party of 17 adults and 1 baby, with plenty of dining, lounging, and sleeping space for all. Highlights were the view (it snowed on the last day and was absolutely gorgeous!), frisbee golf course, hot tub and gym. The location was the perfect jumping off point for going to Rocky Mountain National Park, yet was not too far from Boulder and Denver for day trips as well. The only miss was that the internet was a bit slow at times (but could be plus to encourage everyone to stay off their phones!). Overall super pleased with our stay!

Wonderful family weekend

This property was perfect for our 4-generation family getaway .There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, silverware and glasses. We especially appreciated everything being labeled - light switches, remotes kitchen dishes etc. Some people might think it was a little over the top, but when you are in a place that you are not familiar with, it really helps to know where things go and what switches are for, rather than fiddling with every switch when you enter a room. The only negative we heard from anyone was that the pillows probably need replacing as they were quite thin. Otherwise, all was perfect. The owners were prompt to answer any questions and sent us detailed instructions with driving directions and check in procedures. Overall, a wonderful time by all. We would definitely return.

Spacious, open mountain home

Overall, this is a beautiful house with plenty of space for large groups. The bedrooms were nicely placed and there was enough bathroom space for our group of 15. The view is excellent. The huge windows in the common area make for a truly breathtaking view. The proximity to Estes Park is awesome. It is far enough from the road where you can enjoy peace and quiet while not feeling too far away from everything. The gym is the garage is a neat touch, and in the summer I imagine that would be a cool space to be in with all the doors open. There are a few things to note: it seems like the sound system upstairs is no longer functioning, which is fine, but the pictures make it look like those work. We couldn't figure them out. The hot tub is the smallest we've had at houses that can accommodate groups of this size (max 5). Additionally, per the property's instructions, you are not to ever turn off the heat (or that's how we understood it). This left almost everybody hot at night even with opening the windows, which is that they instruct you to do if hot. Not sure what the reasoning behind this is, but it made nights a back and forth between under the covers and then ripping blankets off to try and cool down. Another factor with heat, in the summer, even with windows open, I imagine that large room gets really hot from all the sun. We would recommend staying here, but bear in mind those items to consider.
