„We were contacted by the manager many times to make sure our stay was wonderful. It was great that the reservation included two beach chairs and wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach! The only complaint we have is it could be a little cleaner. Nothing overly gross just could use a deep clean.“

„We had a great stay at the Southbay property. It was nice that there was a cooler & a wagon to take to the beach everyday. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 minutes. You don’t have to worry about traffic because it’s though the Southbay property and other properties bordering it. If staying here bring your own beach chairs. The chairs are quite pricey at the beach. The gentleman who we rented the chairs from on the beach said some units have complimentary ones, he said ours did not. The pool was ...

„Check-in process was easy. Condo was really clean. Beach was literally a 2 min walk and it was so close to the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin. Absolutely loved it there. “

„Had a wonderful spring break in Destin with my family. Big Tuna was a lovely house. The pool was great and short walk to the beach. We ran out of gas for the grill and management was very responsive and replaced the tank the next day. I wish they had provided more dish soap and some of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was great“

„The view is stunning.... everything else needs work. Check in was unorganized and there should have been a detailed notice on VRBO that there is a separate checkin process. Linen wasted throughly cleaned, dishes and utensils unorganized. No instructions on elevator, fireplace, or bycyles had a wait several days to use.
