„Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly “

„The condo is great, lots of stairs, though. The return air duct on the 2nd floor is really dirty, which is the only reason I gave it a 4 * on cleanliness. The rest of the condo was great. Walkable to the beach, or use golf cart. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage, huge master bath. Kid’s bunk beds are on the ground floor which may not be convenient with little ones. Large tv in every bedroom and separate ac on each floor. The management company is very responsive and helps with everything ...

We love the location of Southbay as you have access to any and everything you want to see and do; restaurants, stores, attractions etc. Our host Patrick was wonderful! Our unit was perfectly equipped and clean. The beach and pool access are phenomenal!! We are already looking at booking our 2026 family vacation at Southbay!!!“

„The house was perfect for our family of 7. My daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beach with an airplane with a banner asking if she would marry him! Such a fun week. The only drawback is the house didn't have beach setup, which most of the properties at the Maravilla do have, but it was spacious enough for all of us to spread out at the house and the manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay!“

„We love Miramar - the location, the beach, food, it's great! We have rented vacation homes in this specific neighborhood for the past few years. The proximity to the beach is 10/10 (15 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride - can't beat that). The community pool is ok - decent size pool, clean, and accessible. When it comes to the beach house rental, I would give it a 7/10. The house layout, and amenities are all really nice. We had 2 young kids who loved the low coffee tables and open floor ...

„Wait'n on Sundown was a great place for us to stay. Right on the beach and so clean. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was fantastic. The closeness to stores and attractions was perfect. We would recommend this property to anyone needing its size. Thanks for the memories!“
