Guests can enter the home with easy coded entry, making check in a breeze with no need to fumble around for keys!



You will be amazed from the moment you walk into this home at the fun and inviting Bohemian décor and the perfect blue and tan color scheme, making this the superb vacation home! Our modern and beachy home boasts natural light that makes the home feel inviting and bright. Walking into the living area, you'll see our very cozy couches next to the dining area and kitchen, with plenty of space for your group to enjoy kicking back at the end of a long day in the sun. Have fun with the family at the coffee table playing a beachy version of Tic-Tac-Toe, but with starfish and sand dollars! The chef in your family will enjoy being a part of the day-to-day with the kitchen being open to the living space. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well! Enjoy coffee and breakfast with the family at the breakfast bar that seats four!



Right behind the kitchen, find our full-sized washer and dryer, so convenient for post beach days or before you head home. To the right of the living and dining area is the master bedroom with a King bed, with two large windows to allow the Florida sunshine in the room, and an attached ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, to the left, guests can find the bunk room. Here we've created a great space for the kids with Queen-over-Queen bunks, with a Twin trundle, and a Smart TV. Down the hall from the bunk room, guests can find a conveniently located full bathroom. A shower and tub, toilet, and sink with counter space make it easy to get ready for the day. The next bedroom is located on the left-hand side of the hallway as well. It comes complete with a King bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet space.



We supply complimentary beach towels for guests to use. We do not stock or guarantee any other beach items.



Our delightful back patio offers two outdoor sofas to kick back while you and the family grill burgers on our propane grill. The patio also includes a hot tub! Find yourself sipping on serenity, one hot tub plunge at a time.

Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the Terra Cotta Terrace neighborhood, and super close to the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.



Getting Around:

• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 19 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 46 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 77 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Serenity Now is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs. • Golf cart is not permitted to be driven by guests under age 25.

• Unfortunately, we do not permit RV, trailer, or watercraft parking at our home.

• PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! :)
