"Pros: Amenities: Positive free coffee in the morning and in the room. The provided shower products are of the best quality. Location: Very good location for subway and train access. Room & Bath: The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice, although they are quite small. Cons: Extreme Noise Issues: Sleeping was only possible with earplugs. We could clearly hear voices from other rooms through the ventilation system, as well as loud rushing water due to poor plumbing. Unprepared Service: Our room (booked for 3) was not prepared despite us calling the day before and again 20 minutes before our midnight arrival. We had to wait over 30 minutes for basic blankets and towels. Unfriendly Staff: The front desk staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Illegal Resort Fees: Although "junk fees" are regulated in New York as of February 2026, they were still charging separate resort fees in March. This is unacceptable. Verdict: I do not recommend this hotel. The noise levels and lack of service make for a very frustrating stay."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einer gigantischen Aussicht. Allerdings mussten wir nach der offiziellen Check in Zeit zweimal wieder kommen, weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Wäre kein Problem, wenn man dann dem Gast ,während er wartet, ein Getränk anbieten würde. Dies ist leider nicht passiert und wir konnten das Zimmer erst am späten Abend beziehen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war zum Teil sehr unfreundlich, und wenig empathisch. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel. "

"Had a great time here. Check in was smooth and uncomplicated, staff was friendly. Murray Hill neighborhood is great and a short walk to Times Square and Grand Central, will definetly come back again!"

"Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung! Unsauber und runtergekommen. Die Größe und Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Das zusätzliche Bett war eine Couchmatratze auf dem Fußboden. Die Wände waren zerschlagen. Wir haben das Hotel nach einer schlaflosen Nacht verlassen. Bis heute wurden weder die Kaution noch die Kurtaxe von diesen Betrügern zurückgezahlt. Trotz mehrfacher Anmahnung. "
