„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and had all the facilities we could possibly ask for including a secure private garden section with decking area, perfect for the dogs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all consisting of excellent locally sources ingredients expertly cooked. The property was conveniently located a short drive from Chatsworth House, Bakewell and a number of other tourist attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to others.“

Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um diese historisch bedeutsame Stadt entdecken zu können. “

„Vom Gastgeber wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Einrichtung sehr alt und der Zimmerteppich sehr schmutzig. Das Gemeinschaftsbad -WC sehr schmutzig -Die ganze Schüssel so wie der WC-Raum. Die Duschtücher waren voller Flecken. Es wurde im Zimmer schon lange nichts mehr erneuert und investiert. “
