„ The Gresham is a beautiful historical building, centrally located, but the interior seemed poor with worn furniture and cheap looking plastic plant decoration everywhere. The furniture in the room seemed stylessly thrown together. Very disappointing for us: We booked a Superior Room, which was pictured with a large window front, but despite our explicit request for a bright room, we ended up with a room (403) with small windows and, to top it all off, a view partially of a dark roof directly in ...

„After a hiccup during the check in process for which the host was extremely helpful, the rest of the stay was amazing. The apartment is as listed, in the center of town, easy access from everything. The rooms are small but very well appointed and comfortable. It was overall a wonderful experience.“

„Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.“
