„We stayed one night at this hotel and will never stay there again ! I left a pair of women’s black Altra Escalantes size 6 and can’t get any response from hotel on who took them are where they are at. Worst customer service ever…..not to mention a thief amongst them.“

„Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I personally would not choose to stay here again. The property is in need of renovations, particularly the guest rooms and some of the amenities. One of our biggest concerns was the mini refrigerator. It appeared to run on an energy-saving timer and would automatically shut off after about two hours. „Very old hotel. Design from the 1960‘s. On the first night the Fire Alarm went off in the early morning. No explanation from staff. Elevator was then out of service as staff didn’t know how to reset elevator. We had to climb to 7th floor all day. Breakfast was free according to Expedia but they charged 10$ for it. Breakfast was awful . As it was laying there for hours. Uneatable eggs and French Toast was hard like a rock. Entire hotel needs to be redone and staff needs to be better trained. ...

„Family-friendly, spacious home in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard and enclosed patio were especially peaceful. We enjoyed the sidewalks and park playground for walking this lovely neighborhood. The home provides ample TVs and game options for your downtime. Convenient location within 15-20 minutes of all the Louisville attractions. Close by coffee shops and breakfast spots. Home was comfortable and pleasant for our stay. Highly recommended for your large party rental needs. “

„The hotel was older but good. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. They were doing some renovations, so things were a little disheveled. But overall is was a good stay!“
