„Comfortable and clean. Best park was Richard the kitchen host. Very friendly. They had usual buffet things, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles etc. But when you walk in he asks if you wanted an over easy fried egg. He’ll run off and cook you one. It was great. He’s 80 and after retirement at 55 he took a part time job with the hotel , and has been there 24 years. Loves his job and people. What an asset for this hotel!“

„Staff is amazing! Expedia sold me an accesible room that was not actually available, the staff did their best to address my need. Hot breakfast is wonderful. Closeness to Ball State, stores and restaurants is convenient. Hotel was a Holiday Inn Express but is in process of changing. It’s an older hotel but again the staff are doing everything possible to give the customer the best experience possible. „We stayed here for THE WORLD 100 Eldora Speedway race and WOW THE staff were so nice! The property was so clean! The breakfast had so much variety! They have all updated coffee machines that are automatic and a pancake maker! Lol The bedding was clean and I am strict about that while staying in a hotel. The pillows were seriously the most comfortable pillows! We will definitely be staying there for future visits“
