Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! „The condo was spacious, well appointed and clean. We loved that each of the three couples had their own bathroom and private bedroom space. It was walking distance to downtown Asheville and the breweries. The management company was incredibly communicative and helpful. The only downside was it was directly across the street from the bus station. Just something that we had to be aware of when we were walking around. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.“

„Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. „It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked. “

„The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! We'd happily stay there again if we return to Asheville.“

„The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. “
