„I didnot like it there were bugs in the room could not sleep due to the unclean bed and room very uncomfortable“

„Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. „Service ist sehr gut Sauberkeit tadellos“

„My 3rd time here and this is the first time I thought the one staff on Sunday was actually rude. I am usually greeted by the front desk but she just looked at us and didn't say a word even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Ive stayed at many marriots and Id have to say having a friendly staff does help the image. Even though I think she can work on her customers service skills, it won't deter me from staying here again. The hotel and rooms are very clean.“

„While the property is old, I found it very clean. Location is excellent. Bed was not great. Staff was incredibly accommodating.“
