„Lovely fruit trees and orchard propertie Very nice wild flowers The house is run down condition The hot tub had NO water in it and had not been going for a while as had broken furniture in it The 2 x farm dogs that live outside on the propertie walk around the house barking at night We feel the add for the home stay and what reality was is dishonest. We had a terrible experience Who did the original 5 star rating of the propertie ? “

„This listing is more then just a tad misleading... It says pet friendly, but no secure area for the dogs or any shelter. Leaving about 1sqm for the pets inside when it rains. The use of space in a tiny home is probably the worst ive seen. A big bed with ZERO use of wall space for storage. No toilet scrubber for the toilet is one of the finer details they are missing here. They said there was a BBQ and fire available, neither of these were true. We asked for firewood as they said to ...

„Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber war zweckdienlich (Cape Reinga). Kaitaia ist abends/Nacht nicht so save, wie der Rest von NZ. Wifi war sehr schlecht. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Haartrockner hat leider gefehlt.“

„We booked a room for 3 adults. Only 1 pillow each, no bedside cabinets, 1 teaspoon. I know there was a communal kitchen but a microwave would have been a nice touch and some cutlery and crockery. Bathroom was awful, small, 1 loose tap and an impossible to use small sink, if you bent over to actually spit your toothpaste into the sink, you hit your head on the soap dispenser very inconveniently located jus above sink! „We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Log house! We were surprised it managed to sleep all 12 of us in the whare. The views were amazing, the nature, cows and sheep you could see from the balcony. Host had provided us with heaps of towels, extra blankets and an extra couch for my big family. Would suggest taking a car good for gravel and stone roads as it's like that all the way to the house but it's soo worth it! Communication with the host has made this trip so much easier! would go again. “
