The night before we left, I washed two loads of clothes and attempted to dry 2 loads, which cost 16 to do! I go back an hour later and my clothes were soaking wet. Dryers did not work. Paid for another dryer and 1 hr later they were only partially dried! That was using 3 of the 4 dryers available. We had to hang dry our clothes ...

When we got there the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade and slept in. We called and after a while they put us in another room.
