„Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, ...

„The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home.
