„Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es war alles wie Geschirr, Teller usw. ausreichend vorhanden. Kurze Wege zu den Freizeitparks. Und auch die Geschäfte des alltäglichen Lebens sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr freundlich. Es wurde auf jede Frage schnell geantwortet. Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Danke“

„Der Kontakt mit Laurie McFarlane war zu jederzeit angenehm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und macht diese Villa aus. Die Community Orange Tree ist sehr angenehm und gut gelegen. Die Villa ist innen drin ist sehr sauber. Leider der Aussenbereich weniger, dies geltet vor allem für den Screen. Dieser hatte viele Spinnweben und war an vielen Stellen leider nicht mehr intakt (Löcher, Netz lose am Gitter, haben es zum Teil mit Duck Tape wieder fixiert). ...

It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. „Our family loves to come to this property every year. It is large enough for us to spread out when needed but with lots of space to also spend great time together. The property is exactly as listed and in a very safe neighborhood. It is close to shopping, restaurants and Disney. I highly recommend this rental property. „We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.“

„Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Swiss Villa. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit mehr als ausreichenden Küchenutensilien, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, die komplette Technik funktioniert einwandfrei! Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm, von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf einen Teich und einen Wald. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. „We were happy with our stay here. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was clean. Each of my adult kids was happy to have their own rooms to sleep in. We enjoyed the pool and it was a comfortable place to come back to after lots of walking during the day. We always worry about rentals having cheap, uncomfortable furniture, but we all slept well and were comfortable in the common areas. The owner was quick to quick to respond when we had questions.
