„Home is in a good location near to major grocery store and restaurants. Easy communication and check in process. Spacious home, enoihh bedrooms for the entire family.We would stay here again if we plan to go to Disney since it seems thats the nearest park. It was about 50 minutes to Universal Studios.Room for improvement; repaint the pool ( we think it may be mixing with the water), outside chairs should be replaced on the top balcony and the pool patio. I would say are the 2 most important.“

„We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. „This home has all new renovations and they are wonderful! It is great for a smaller family of I would say no more than 6 or so, depending on comfortability of sharing beds. We went as a family of 4 and each person got their own room but the one kids room has 2 twin beds which one was left unused. The area is gated and felt very safe. Walmart and a hospital right across the main road from the gated complex and multiple restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Theme parks all within 20-40 minute ...

„Stayed for 2 weeks, nice quiet neighborhood. It is a little bit of a drive through winding narrow roads to get there. Overall the place was clean, older appliances but working. There was one night were one of the neighbors was singing karaoke until around 3-4am, can hear him in the master bedroom, otherwise our entire stay was trouble free.“

„Der Kontakt mit Laurie McFarlane war zu jederzeit angenehm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und macht diese Villa aus. Die Community Orange Tree ist sehr angenehm und gut gelegen. Die Villa ist innen drin ist sehr sauber. Leider der Aussenbereich weniger, dies geltet vor allem für den Screen. Dieser hatte viele Spinnweben und war an vielen Stellen leider nicht mehr intakt (Löcher, Netz lose am Gitter, haben es zum Teil mit Duck Tape wieder fixiert). ...

„Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but ...

Wir haben es selbst gereinigt.Die Hunde der Nachbarn lassen ihren Kot auf dem Rasen. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts jemand zur Toilette muss, sind alle Bewohner wach. „Joann was amazing and attentive. I let her know the spa heat was not working at 8:30pm. She came out and saw there was an error flashing on the pool equipment. She came back the next morning, reset the system and the spa heat worked. This house offers good value with plenty of space for the whole family. The cabinets, countertops and pans were dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The private pool/spa helped give us a place to rest on the days that we were not on the go. ...
