„If you want a posh experience and need a place to park your oversized luxury SUV, this might not be for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a clean rental this is perfect. It was a 1-bedroom apartment (bigger than mine) with all of the basics -- nice bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, great wifi and TV, and a new bed and linens. Everything is close by, a short drive in any direction. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was an excellent choice for my work trip.“

„This was a very cozy space from the intricate ceiling beams to the throw blankets and floor lamps. We appreciated all of the thoughtful little touches like the stocked kitchenette, complimentary toiletries, and bug/bear spray available for guests to use. Healy itself is cute and a gorgeous drive away from Denali NP. The Tomkha soup at the Asian To Go restaurant was the best and I've tried many Thai restaurants. Our only critique is that the thermostat was broken so the heat ran regardless of our ...

„I'd go back to Fairbanks again just to stay here. Great bottom floor of a beautiful cabin, with some decor I never expected to see in my life. The owner Marc is a skilled artist, with some of his work on the walls. The indoor sauna was amazing! The place had everything you could need. Communication was great before and during the stay. I would absolutely recommend this place.“

„The place is small, but ideally located and spotlessly clean. Though the living area/bedroom is small, both the kitchen and bathroom were very large. Everything we needed was waiting for us. If/when we make it back to Fairbanks we would definitely stay here again. “

„I rented this place for my mom, on vacation. She said “This place was perfect and cozy! I walked all over bc it’s close to downtown shops & restaurants and right down the street from the river. Maintenance and host were wonderful, the complimentary coffee kept me going and the room had anything I needed. I would stay here again!!”“

„Gaining entrance to the studio was a little confusing but it was certainly functional, clean, comfortable bedding great shower. Was only given two towels for two adults so had to ask. Was surprised“

„Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation.“

„Lovely accomodations just outside of town. The space is large, so a group of 4 would be quite comfortable. Has a big window and we saw the Aurora out of it one night. There's a microwave, toaster oven and k cup machine plus heated floors. Easy in and out of the property. Food, Walmart, etc within 15 minutes, an hour and 45 minutes from Chena Hot Springs. Just 15 minutes from a great walking trail at Skyline Ridge. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend. “

„The property served as a home away from home with the host thinking though and making available, anything and everything needed for a family to spend a few days exploring the city while still having the option to go with a home cooked meal, fun with board games and such. Property is conveniently located.The essentials, plenty of towels“
