„Comfortable like home!“

„We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay which has a private bath and was near Denali. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything we needed. The bed wasn't very comfy, but that is a subjective thing. The walls between units were thin, so we turned on our white noise (phone) to sleep. They weren't loud, but we could easily hear them. Breakfast at the creekside restaurant was very good. “

„Very secluded and quiet. Good instructions from owner for finding the property. The two beds are in separate rooms which we appreciated. Has a nice kitchenette although we did not use.“

„Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark.“

„The property is a studio cabin, very clean, good fridge, microwave only kitchen, nice bathroom, and obviously well looked after. It provided what we wanted: a cozy place to sleep after spending the day in Denali. Other cabins are nearby but not so close as to be intrusive. Be prepared for a 5 min drive on a well maintained gravel road to reach the cabin from the main road, but its pretty easy to find. We wish the cabin had some chairs other than the dining chairs. „I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this cabin. Very happy! The views are amazing and great location! Sit and listen to the wind. Peace and quiet. Enjoy being away from it all ... yet close enough to drive to restaurants for dinner if that's what you want. A nice grocery store, Three Bears, is close by in Healy. We took flights out of Healy to see Mt. Denali summit and also land on a glacier in Denali NP. Also drove the full length of the Denali highway in both directions. Fall ...

„We enjoyed our seven-night stay in winter 2025. The hosts were friendly and the place had all we needed; we especially liked spending time in the kitchen, with its big window overlooking the Chena River. “

„Im Fichtenwald von Healey ruhig gelegene Cabins mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sehr komfortabel und sauber mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. WLAN und Mobilfunk verfügbar. Tankstelle/Restaurants und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Denali National Park in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Würde wieder buchen.“

„This is a very affordable place to stay not far from Denali National Park (only a 15 minute drive away). The building is older and definitely shows some wear and tear, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.“

„Unusual to have no housekeeping for four days but whatever we needed er got immediately from the staff at site. As the hotel wasn’t still fully booked it was very calm and comfortable for us. Our room in the ‚fifth floor‘ had an amazing view to the mountains. If we will ever come back to Denali we will stay here again.“
