„Great place to stay with. Larger group!“

„We got a notice the day before we were to check in that our Unit had an issue and wouldn't be available until Thurs, The Owner said he would upgrade us to a "nicer" unit and on Thursday we would have to move into the unit after they took care of the issue. We were there on work, and were staying from Mon to Sat. This was an issue as we were buying food, unpacking, travelling, etc, I even offered to just check into the unit while they repaired whatever it is that was an issue as we were going to ...

„We loved staying at this property! It's so clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The expansive back yard is beautiful. We look forward to staying here again.“

„What a great place to stay! Well located with easy access to anything you want in town. Check in and check out was smooth! Property owner very nice and friendly….thanks for a great stay!!“

„Unique, beautiful, comfy and cozy! Everything we look for in a vacation rental.“

„This apartment is really cute and decorated with love. From a guest‘s point of view it would be of advantage to have more space and less decor. Eg in the bathroom and in the kitchen one could use one wall for boards instead of decor. That would make the apartment more flexible for the guests who bring a lot of staff with them. But still this apartment is clean, lovely and cute. We would definitely come back.“

„Wow! What a great place! House was clean and updated. Parking is off street and neighborhood is safe. Super close to the airport (5 minute drive). House is close to airport so you will hear planes taking off and landing (we liked it!). Brian was very responsive. We added a night last minute and Brian accommodated us without a problem. Our best stay in Alaska!“

„This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.“

„Nice and clean. Near downtown. Complete amenities.“

„Spacious. If you’re just passing by you can actually sleep 8 or nine people. Couch is huge. If you’re staying for a while you can still be very comfortable at 8 people . Easy access right off the high way. All the appliances you may need and did I mention their couch is huge and soft. Definitely adding to my list of favorites when I’m out here again for work. Pretty good size parking area. Games puzzle“

„A quiet gem in a cozy Spenard neighborhood gives you the feel of living in old Anchorage and the hospitality of a sophisticated mini apartment. Very comfortable.“

„Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! I really appreciate the care and thought that went into the property, it was perfect for my quick business trip to Homer. Colleen was very responsive and did her best to make sure my stay was comfortable and went well.“
