„This was a lovely nature getaway. The drive was easy from Houston and there was plenty for the kids to do - from games availabile inside, to exploring the pond and the nearby forest. We spotted a bald eagle, heard coyotes and saw a few fireflies at night. There is plenty of sleeping room for a group with several children.“

„My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was absolutely perfection. Unlike many vacation rentals everything was provided, ample cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels. The location is unbeatable a very private lodge surrounded by nature. Beautiful birds visited each morning and we were even greeted by an armadillo one afternoon. The lodge itself is immaculate and well-maintained with beautiful and quaint decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need ...
