„Sehr angenehmes Hotel direkt an der Promenade. Sehr gutes Essen (super Lamm). Rd. 35 Minuten zu Fuß zum Pier. Kann man wunderbar am Strand entlang laufen. Frühstück war okay.“

„We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views ...

„Etwas abseits gelegenes, aber ruhiges und günstiges Hotel in der Nähe von Colchester. Frühstück war inbegriffen und bis auf den Kaffee auch gut. Freies WiFi. Lift war kaputt. Sonst aber alles ok. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.“
