The beds were comfortable, and there were extra blankets available, as it was a cool weekend. Casey (the host) answered promptly when I texted her a question, and everything worked as expected. „We brought our telescopes for astrophotography but unfortunately the weather was uncooperative. The house itself is a little dated but otherwise nice. Minor issues only, and was spot on for what we expected. Would probably not do as a romantic getaway or something but as a budget friendly convenient place for dark skies it fits the bill. Big backyard was good for our numerous telescopes. “

The pool is particularly lovely - we paid the extra premium to have it heated and this allowed us to use it on a daily basis in mid-October. „We had been here a few years ago, under a previous owner. But the new owner is still taking care of things. The facility was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, etc. Lots of snacks provided! And the fowl (chickens, ducks, turkey) are gorgeous. Love this place!“
