„Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. “

„The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.“

„Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. “

Parking in this area can prove to be difficult, so having a garage available is an extra bonus. Mark is also extremely fast in responding to messages and was a lovely host. Two thumbs up!“

„Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. Things out of their control: light was left on in a locked closet by the cleaning staff that took a while to get figured out late at ...
