  • Contrada San Giacomo apartment is located in the heart of the historic city of Como, a few steps away from the lake, restaurants, shops and museums. The apartment is on the second floor in one of the most beautiful historical buildings in the pedestrian center of Como, it is well furnished and it has been recently renovated. The furnishings are new and comfortable, chosen with care and good taste by our decorators. The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed for two and a bathroom with shower, a washing machine is also available to guests. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and it has a table and chairs to enjoy meals “at home”. The location is perfect to visit the city of Como on foot and to reach the boat docks where you can hop on a “battello” and go visit Cernobbio, Menaggio, Bellagio and the many gardens and villas on Lake Como.



    Free WiFi, TV, coffee machine and washing machine are available for guests.
