„Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!“

„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). „Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location right in the center of Bellagio. The place is spacious, all new and spotless clean. Communication went well. Be aware that due to its location, there is a bit of noise in the evening, on the upside everything is at your doorstep. A small supermarket is opposite the apartment but with limited choice, best ist probably to stop at a larger one before coming. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Am Pool waren wir meistens allein und hatten auch von da eine grandiose Sicht über den See.Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende Grill, der laut Beschreibung hätte vorhanden sein sollen.Trotzdem, der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und bestens.“

„Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked ...

„Perfect stay at a wonderful villa.“

„The view is the best thing at the apartment. Beside this everything is cheap or broken. In the first days we did not have an internet connection. In the rest of the stay the internet connection was not realy stable and fast. The TV had no signal. The furniture was not clean and partly broken. The shutters on the roof windows on the upper floor did not work reliably. The WPC pool decks are totally bent and have dangerous gaps. You can see that the apartments are operated with no love and passion.“

„Roberta bietet eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung an, die mit allem Notwenigem ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta ist sowohl während der Vorbereitung, der Anreise und auch im Nachgang sehr positiv. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die nahe Lage zum Steinstrand. Auch Bellagio und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist manchmal etwas laut, welches man aber nicht in der Wohnung mitbekommt. "Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse des Hotels ist atemberaubend und unschlagbar. Ebenso Top ist der Transferservice von und nach Belaggio. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster war für uns ein weiteres Highlight. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert."

"Es war ein wunderbarer Ort mit wunderschönem alten und renovierten Palais, welches in eine atemberaubend schöne und moderne infrastruktur eingebettet ist. Im grünen Park fühlt man sich wie im Märchen... wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt. der Floatingpool ist herrlich ...und sogar beheizt. Eun Hotel im oberen Preissegment...für italien sehr teuer... kann man sich gönnen... denn es hält was es verspricht. Massagen im Spa sind qualitativ top... auch hier oberstes Preisspanne... man kann problemlos mit Essen und einem verlängerten Wochenende im Basiszimmer schnell 10k CHF verbraten... Parking war erfreulicherweise inklusive. "
