1. Noise & Respect:
- No loud parties.
- No loud music after 10:00 PM.
- Be conscious of our neighbors.

2. Property Care:
- No smoking inside.
- Treat all items with respect. A complete inventory is available; you are liable for any missing or damaged items.
- If furniture or games are taken outside, please return them inside after use.
- Clean the grill and flattop after each use.
- If the property is left in poor condition, a deep cleaning fee will apply.

3. Outdoor Use:
- Cover outdoor areas after use for protection against weather.

Pool Guidelines and Usage:
• Clean the pool after use to maintain hygiene and water quality.
• Cover the pool when not in use to prevent debris and ensure safety.
• Remove the ladder after use to restrict access and enhance safety.
• Lock the ladder behind the shed to secure it and prevent unauthorized use.
•No Diving, Jumping or Hop over Pool Fence. (Guest is Liable if Pool is to be Damaged)

Hot Tub Guidelines and Usage:
• Notify us in advance if you wish to use the hot tub, as it requires 24 hours to heat up.
• Note that the hot tub is not ideal for use during summer due to high temperatures.
