„We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.“

„We were going to an evening event at Stratford Hall (about 25 min away). There is so much history in the area. Beautiful spot on the river. The screened in porch was the bomb! Huge. So relaxing. Well stocked. Easy check out. Do pay attention to room configuration. The bedroom with twins was a loft like area but had the nicer bathroom. We used the kayaks. Had everything we needed. Host communication was great despite Vrbo platform was a challenge.“

„Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease. „Rented this property for a family reunion for my husbands family to stay in (5 people). Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again.“

„This property is welcoming, updated, very clean and very comfortable. Although we were there on a rainy weekend, the front porch swing was a favorite spot for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, spices, coffee and snacks. There are board games, movies as well as a cute toddler table and toys. There is a generous private parking area. The beds and linens are comfortable. Overall an excellent value!“
