„We were 3 women that got away for the weekend to decompress and catch up. The house and location were absolutely perfect! The house has old charm and new spaces. We loved it. The dock was the highlight. We sat out there for hours. Bring a bike! Ride to Dockside or Ice House for drinks. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. The house has everything you need! “

„This place went above and beyond all the expectations we had for a rental. Very well stocked kitchen. Super clean property. Hosts provided everything in surplus. Beds were comfortable. TV had Scenic and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Short drive to many eateries and the beach. Had a fantastic time and will definitely rent this place if we visited colonial beach again.“

I would recommend the owners install a more secure lock on the front and back doors. We travelled with toddlers and small children and it was very unsafe because they could easily open the door.
