Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da, weil es wirklich ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Pool ist sehr schön und das Essen ist unfassbar gut. Wir kommen wieder!

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all, if the hotel is completely non-smoking, this information should be clearly highlighted on the website before booking. Guests should not discover such an important detail only after arrival. We booked and paid for a room with a terrace, but it was extremely small and uncomfortable. We were moved to a larger room of a lower category, yet no refund or price adjustment was offered. We ended up paying more for a cheaper room, which is unacceptable. We also paid over €700 for our dogs, but the service provided was far below expectations: only one dog bed was supplied and the food was not suitable for adult dogs. They did act quickly after we complained, but this should have been handled properly from the beginning. The reception staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times rude. Their attitude and lack of customer care were completely disappointing for a hotel presenting itself as a luxury property. Cleanliness and maintenance were also a major issue: there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and the pool sun loungers were extremely dirty. When we mentioned it, we were told they would be replaced, but this should have been done before the season started, not after guests complained. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected for the price paid.
