Villa Francisca is a gorgeous spacious property of 500 m2 located on a hill in Cala Corral, a few meters from the sea. The property is set in a fenced plot of 120,000 m2 with unparalleled views of the sea and the west coast of the island.
The property spreads over one level and has direct access to the small bay of Cala Corral via a staircase.

Inside the villa has a large living and dining area with plasma TV (TDT), access to the pool terrace with outstanding sea views. The dining room can sit 10 people.
Then we have a very well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, juicer, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, and a laundry with washer and dryer.

The villa has 5 bedrooms in total all on the ground floor:

Room 1
Suite with sea view, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning, TV.

Room 2
with direct access to the terrace, sea view, en suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV.

Outside the villa features terrace, private pool 9x 5m (chlorine water) with protection barriers for children, 2 umbrellas, 4 sunbeds.
Then we find Barbecue and gas plate, outdoor dining room under a porch, external shower, parking for 3-4 cars and a lounge area with sofa under an outdoor veranda with amazing sea views.

Location
Cala Tarida beach is just a 3-minute drive away. The beach of Cala Molí is an 8-minute drive away and other beaches on the west coast such as Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó and Cala D'Hort can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
Supermarket, bars and restaurants on the beach of Cala Tarida. The city of San José is an 8-minute drive away.
Ibiza Airport is 18-20 km away.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights from the end of May to the end of September.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in from 8pm to midnight = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, housekeeping (3 hours per day), change of linens and towels (once per week), pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).
Security deposit: € 2.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
