„I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom ...

„It's definitely got the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The views from the windows (not so much the kitchen one though) are amazing! Overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We had to put pressure back in the boiler but there are simple instructions on the boiler itself. The shower took some figuring out. Very close to all the shops and amusements... little 2-5 minutes walk for whatever you need. The perfect location. ...

„A gem hidden away at the top of a Victorian house. Loved the layout and decor and the fact everything you needed was there. Would rebook for the next visit. Stones throw from the beach, pier and rail and a 5 minute walk to station and a large sainsburys. Do try coco&rum - Thai food and service at its best.“

„Booked this place and the check in details never got issued . I messaged the host 3 times asking for check in details and did not get a response. I then contacted Vrbo at the check in time, they tried to get in touch with the host but could not, i tried the mobile number Vrbo gave me and it did not work. This property needs removing from the lists.“
