„Absolutely brilliant cottage. All new fixtures and fittings with everything you could need for your stay. The drains smell came and went- not sure where it came from and it didn’t really bother us. Location fantastic for walks along the coast and short drive to other coastal towns. Would recommend“

„The cottage had been beautifully renovated and was located centrally in the old district of town. A couple of small things would have improved the stay-the stairs to the second storey were steep and a bannister rail would have been appreciated, several basic supply items were lacking- no tea bags or fire lighters to light the kindling and wood supplied, and the heating automatically turned off after short periods and not all heaters appeared to be working. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.“

„It's definitely got the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The views from the windows (not so much the kitchen one though) are amazing! Overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We had to put pressure back in the boiler but there are simple instructions on the boiler itself. The shower took some figuring out. Very close to all the shops and amusements... little 2-5 minutes walk for whatever you need. The perfect location. ...

„We were attending a wedding in Guisborough and the owner very kindly let us leave our bags at the property before check in time. The place was ideally located in the centre and was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would definately recommend this property. “
