É super bem localizado, muito próximo ao Mercado Urbano e estação de metrô Tobalaba. Infelizmente há um grande problema: o chuveiro. A temperatura oscila demais e muito rapidamente. „Apartment is perfect for a stay in Santiago. Centre is a 25 min walk or close to metro lines. Apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and big enough for the stay. The local area and particularly Italia ave are great although I only discovered this on the final morning. 😔 My only concern was communication. I didn't realise I would need a code to get into the building so being left in the street with limited way of communicating and no way of getting in was disconcerting. There is no reception ...

„Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay ...

„L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. Le chauffage est une climatisation réversible qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment le soir dès que la nuit tombe (pour les plus frileux). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'eau ...

I expected a better service, but…

"I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately. "
