„The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room.“

„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit ...

„Durch unser gebuchtes Zimmer lief gefühlt der Highway. Unglaublich laut. Für den Zimmerwechsel in ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer mussten wir 20$ Aufpreis zahlen.
Das 2. Zimmer roch muffig, war auch hellhörig aber besser als das erste. Durch den Aufpreis aber völlig überteuert, für das, was geboten wurde. “

Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

„This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. “

„This is my go to place to stay when I’m in the area, which is roughly once a month. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean, water pressure is amazing & the breakfast is always good. This is probably my 10th time staying here & I’ve never had an issue! It’s quite & I love that it’s right off the highway & that there are so many dining options close by.
