„Quaint, clean, well-stocked one bedroom downstairs apartment. The one bedroom offers little privacy due to shutters and mounted TV on shared wall with LR area where the pull out couch is. Perfect for an individual or a couple. I gave 4 stars to accuracy of listing only because I believe that transparency of property management company should list application is required and acceptance of Lease agreement following payment. Otherwise, they were very responsive and timely. “

„Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Toms B&B. Für vier Leute hatte das Apartment ausreichend Platz und die Ausstattung der Küche war super, sodass wir dort sogar kochen konnten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants, Metrostationen und drei kleinereSupermärkte befinden sich in Laufweite. “

„Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„This was a great property, clean, and comfortable. Our host greeted us when we arrived and provided information about the area - restaurants and grocery stores. It is very close to Navy Yard! It was an easy walk to the Metro to get to the Mall. “

„We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay ...

„We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO.“

„The place was clean. The host was very nice and offered helpful advice and tips on travel in and out of the city. Check in was simple and check out was a breeze. We felt welcomed when we came in and were very pleased with our stay.“
