Panoramic Dream House is a comfortable and bright two-storey house, in a strategic area and ideal as a starting point for your excursions and outdoor activities.
The apartment is located in San Fedele Intelvi, the main center of the Val d'Intelvi in ​​the province of Como and consists of a large living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The flat has a total area of 155 square metres, including 50 square metres of terrace. 
The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: oven, fridge, kettle.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: the one on the first floor with 1 double bed and one on the second floor with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with television, wifi, washing machine and independent heating. Pets are welcome!
The outdoor space consists of the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view while having lunch in the open air.
The fireplace in the living room is for aesthetic purposes only and is therefore prohibited from use. In case of transgression, a penalty of €200.00 will be charged.
