„Airport shuttle took around an hour to pick us up. We were told to wait at a specific area and look for a green van. After 4 phone calls we were told to look for a Yellow Van in the shuttle area not the specified C3 area which is for Ubers. Once we arrived at the hotel they had an issue with their key card system. It took a very long time to check in almost an hour. The manager had to let people into their rooms one by one because they could not give out swipe cards due to their system issues. ...
