„The property is very well located, close to the restaurants and bars in University Heights. There is also a playground about 2 blocks away. We liked the bedrooms and especially liked the water pressure in the showers. There was enough room for our 3 and a half grandson to play in. The property management was attentive to our needs. “

„We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The jets overhead were a big highlight for the two day visit. We were here for the marathon and walked about 20 min to the start near Balboa Park. Easy and short Uber ride to/from airport. One of the few times we didn’t rent a car. Little Italy was about a 10-15 wall and we did this both in the morning and after dark and it was a nice walk. Plenty of restaurants and takeout. Nice shower! Very clean accommodations. “

„The unit was incredibly close to UCSD, had many great restaurants nearby, was about 20 minutes away from many great attractions such as SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, The San Diego Air and Space Museum, and Coronado Island. The unit is 20 minutes away from the San Diego International Airport, 30 minutes away from the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The unit was a nice size for me and two young children. The pull-out sofa bed was pretty good. The unit had everything that I needed to prepare meals ...

„Daniel's place was very comfortable in a great location with a Target within walking distance. It had everything we needed and if I had any questions, I just called or emailed Daniel; he was prompt and kind with his responses. If we need a place for family in town, we wouldn't hesitate to have them stay there.“

„Stay was awesome and the location was perfect with an amazing view. Only issue we had was parking, it was a little challenging not being from the area. Location to EVERYTHING was very convenient and ideal. Airport, Zoo, MCRD, La Jolla Beach, Downtown SD, all with easy drives even during high traffic times. Again, would would stay here again for just the views. “

„I had a pleasant stay at this place. The property itself was nicely renovated and very clean, offering a comfortable environment. „We spent a couple days on Coronado for a work trip and wanted to extend 3 more days. We found this condo to be great. Centrally located to many things. Neighborhood was safe and we walked to breakfast, dinner another night, and a local pub another afternoon.
