„Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home ...

„The Casita was just what we had hoped for. Clean, had all kinds of utensils, plates and glasses. Fridge and Microwave, sinks...nice enough shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed... Best of all, was how quiet and peaceful it was for our whole stay.“

„My wife and I spent nearly two Weeks here - secure parking / clean / washer / dryer - we grilled and did use the outdoor area. Very close to many bars / restaurants / pubs / coffee. Easy access to interstate. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this Escondido Casita. The hosts were fantastic—checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, but never intrusive. „Overall, this is a great property with good proximity to the Pacific Beach area (far enough away from noisy bars if you prefer).The unit is smaller, but still cozy and well furnished. Fans and A/C come in handy for warmer days - as does the front deck and BBQ grill. Some of the appliances are a little outdated by modern standards, but they still function well when you need them.“

„Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset.“

„We enjoyed our one week stay at the cottage. It was as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away.“

„Stayed for location to events nearby, and this was a cute stay! The front yard is truly so wonderful!! Fenced in and private from the busier street in front of the house. The flower vines were so pretty also! The kitchen was stacked well and the washer dryer access was nice! In the shared area and deck with the other unit. Communication of something came up was really fast and nice! “

„Nice clean house, close to just about anything you need, and great communication. We loved that we could bring our dogs and walk to the dog beach.“

„This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!“

„We were close to beaches and were walking distance to many good bars, restaurants and cafe’s. Host was excellent with communication and was super helpful with our booking. Would definitely stay here again “

"Schlaf nicht zu denken! Das Hotel ist ein reines Partyhotel. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und wurden bis 5 Uhr morgens von der lauten Musik vom schlafen abgehalten. Als die Musik aus war, war dann die defekte Klimaanlage vor dem Zimmer genauso laut wie die Musik. Wir haben dieses an der Rezeption gemeldet. Passiert ist nichts… Einige Gäste checkten nur zum Party machen ein. Sie hatten mehr Getränke als Gepäck dabei. Der Pool und das Ambiente sind wunderschön, jedoch verkauft das Hotel Tageskarten für den Pool und somit ist die Chance auf eine Liege am Pool für Hotelgäste sehr gering. Top: - Design und Ambiente - Parkplatz Service (nicht Kostenlos!) Flop: - Partyhotel - Tagesgäste blockieren die Liegen am Pool - Kein Safe im Zimmer - Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig ohne Schallisolierung - Keine Reaktion auf defekte Klimaanlage - Kein Hotel zum erholen Obwohl es eins der optisch schönsten Hotels auf unsere Reise war, war es ein totaler Reinfall und wir raten jedem davon ab, der etwas Entspannung sucht bzw. Nachts schlafen möchte."
