„Great stay“

„Facility was well maintained, the coffee was delicious and the young lady that maintained the breakfast area did a very good job keeping area clean, all the staff was very helpful. The only part I did not like about this location was that location has maybe 200 rooms with only about 20-22?? Parking spots. They did offer for me to park my vehicle in a garage that was about 200 feet from this location and they did say that security was there on location but I’m sorry I don’t trust anybody, I ...

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“

„The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. The complimentary drinks at reception hour was a nice surprise. The parking is a little pricey at $104 for 3 days.“
