„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“

„I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know.
