„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend. They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :) I recommend!!“
