„I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. I would not feel safe walking around that neighborhood, especially at night. There was a police car placed in the intersection 1 block down from the building with the lights on the entire time, without a policeman in the car.
