„The unit was filthy inside and the key cafe initially didn’t work with my code. I decided to return to my home for the night instead staying there for my birthday stay-cation. Here’s what happened: I went to the key cafe and received a message saying my code was invalid. I entered the code 3-4 times and continued to receive the message. I called the number provided with my reservation and the call went straight to voicemail. A few moments later, I received a text from the number I called ...

„I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". “

„I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.“
