„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„The room was spacious and clean. The only problem I had was we reserved a 5 night stay and we did not receive any housekeeping until the fourth day. The woman at the front desk said that I had opted out of housekeeping which I had not. She was not friendly or helpful and acted like I was irritating her.
